From new construction contracts reviewing, luxury SF high/mid-rise residences to subdivision lot selling, she has a keen understanding of the market landscape from a variety of viewpoints.

Joyce grew up in Taipei and Cerritos, CA. She graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Art degree in Statistics and Japanese, and subsequently returned to the Bay Area to raise two daughters with her husband in Los Altos. " I used to enjoy watching landscapes of each house in my neighborhood when I was little and I still do." Joyce is also a purple belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. She loves traveling, swimming, and playing poker.
